Our guests were on their second night of fourteen in a house that was going to be uninhabitable for the rest of their holiday, if not the rest of the summer season. Within 24 hours the group had been rehoused, with Dan and Sarah having arranged for a season long temporary solution for the septic tank in place. They sorted everything without me having to get on a plane and met the deadline of the next set of guests’ arrival 12 days later. »
