Peter and Julie are a Godsend!  When we purchased our vacation cottage in Brittany, we knew nothing about the area and had no grasp of the language.  They put us at ease right away.  They’re so easy to talk to and are knowledgeable of all-things-residential-in-Brittany.  They guided us wisely re necessary repair projects, furnishings, internet connections, stocking of our pantry, painting, etc.   Peter and Julie either did the work themselves or, if necessary, they contracted and supervised appropriate contractors. The first visit to our cottage was enjoyable from minute-one because Peter and Julie had literally done all of the work for us; they made our cottage a home.

Peter and Julie are one-of-a-kind.  They’re honest and trustworthy.  Excellent communicators.  And super organized.  They think of every detail… many details that would be overlooked if not for their sharp and attentive ways.

Peter and Julie always have our best interests in mind.  We feel as though we have guardian angels watching over our cottage.

Peter and Julie have been looking after our property for several years in our absence. They provide monthly checks, garden maintenance, monitoring internal and external condition, and regular feedback. They understand about properties and French ‘systems’. They have good contacts in the region, assisting and advising with maintenance and contractors, and dealing with emergencies, etc.
Peter and Julie are very professional, and provide an excellent and supportive service – nothing seems too much for them – they are completely reliable and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Unlike many people with a second home in France, we live a 7-hour flight followed by an 8-hour drive from our home in Brittany, which means we can’t get there as often as we’d like. It can be left empty for many months at a time and we could never have managed to own it without the help of LBV Property Management. They have been with us since before we even saw the house for the first time and have helped us every step of the way. Peter and Julie Duggan came to cut our one metre tall grass yesterday and did a brilliant job. Our garden is about an acre so it was hard work. They barely stopped all day and we have never come across such a hard working couple. They were cheerful and full of good advice. We would definitely recommend them.
