About Mervyn & Wendy Davey
Merv and Wendy bring a wealth of skills and experience as LBV property managers. Both had careers in education before moving to Brittany, both specializing in sports and physical education. Merv left the teaching profession as an assistant principal.
Merv and Wendy fully understand how important it is for LBV clients to spend quality time with their family and friends, so they work hard to ensure that your property is ready for you to do so when you come to France.
With their experience in project management, they are an organized and professional team used to providing high standards of customer service. As a bonus, Merv is also a licensed chimney sweep.

We decided we needed some peace of mind when the pandemic struck and we were unable to visit our property for long periods. Wendy and Merv have been an absolute godsend. They have kept our courtyard area clear of weeds and ivy, trimmed back overgrown bushes, swept our chimneys, pointed us on the right direction for someone to service our boiler and generally kept an eye on the house.
