About Julian and Penny Burton
Both Julian and Penny bring a wealth of skills and experience to their roles as LBV property managers. Julian read European Business for his degree, which gave him an insight into the cultural and economic diversity within the EU. He has skills in problem solving and supplier management, and has worked on projects with tight deadlines, fixed budgets and individual client specifications. Penny has trained as a teacher, often teaching French to older children and taking part in many day trips around Dieppe and Rouen. She is motivated and good at thinking on her feet.
Together they have about 50 years of experience in home renovation. Julian prefers the practical side of carpentry and wall demolition, while Penny enjoys painting, wallpapering, colour selection and finishing touches. They are eager to offer these skills to their LBV clients.
