About Jonathan Dumbell
Jonathan worked in commercial sales for many years before graduating with a degree in “Sustainable Horticulture” and winning the “Best Practical Student” award that year!
He later became a school facilities manager and gardener, maintaining the buildings and eight acres of surrounding land. During this time, he participated in numerous courses on building management, health and safety, and fire risk reduction.
Jonathan has restored buildings, has many practical skills and is fluent in French. He lives south of Poitiers and has a particular interest in history and archaeology, of which the Poitou-Charentes region is of interest to all.
