Cat apporte une riche expérience à son rôle de gestionnaire immobilier LBV. Ayant travaillé comme directrice des RH pour un entrepreneur national de construction et de plomberie, Cat possède d’excellentes compétences organisationnelles et est habituée à résoudre des problèmes. Elle possède également une vaste expérience de travail en personne et à distance. En tant que linguiste passionnée, ses compétences linguistiques en français sont également très utiles pour assurer la liaison avec les artisans locaux.
Cat possède également les connaissances et l’expertise de son mari architecte, Tom, qu’elle peut faire appel à elle, et il ne connaît pas grand-chose aux immeubles. Tom est Directeur (et Architecte) de French Plans – un service de planification et de conception immobilière qui réalise tous types d’applications de planification, de dessins architecturaux et de gestion de projet pour les projets résidentiels et commerciaux à travers la France.
