Phil and Aimee relocated to France in 2023 bringing a wealth of relevant experience from their respective backgrounds to assist clients.

Phil has spent almost two decades in construction and manufacturing industries, serving as a qualified electrician both in the UK and abroad.  He spent several years leading complex renovation projects in San Francisco and most recently in the UK, Phil operated a property maintenance company.  Working across domestic and commercial premises, Phil offered services from major electrical works to minor handyman jobs.

For over 15 years, Aimee has worked as a creative producer and project manager in the events industry.  She has led major events from music festivals to business conferences, weddings, and even royal visits – overseeing all aspects of the event including marketing & PR, logistics, supplier procurement and budget management.

As well as raising a young family, Phil and Aimee have also taken on their own significant renovation projects in recent years – completing much of the work themselves.  Their clever DIY, Ikea hacks, upcycling and creative design amassed a significant social media following.

Aimee and Phil will look after properties in south Charente and south Charente Maritime departments offering a range of services ranging from key holding to full holiday rental management.

Together they bring first class organisational skills, problem-solving and high-end customer service standards and their mission is to provide clients with the professional, reliable, and friendly management service.
