About Tony and Maria Kirkbride
Both Tony and Maria bring a wealth of skills and experience to their roles as LBV property managers. Tony had a 30 year career in the Metropolitan Police where he became an expert in financial investigations. He travelled extensively in the UK and internationally to participate in surveys and provide training on financial investigations. Before leaving the police, he obtained a Master’s degree in Financial Investigation and Financial Crime.
Maria’s professional skills were honed in the beauty and retail industries. In the latter, she led store opening teams responsible for preparing 30,000 square foot stores to open within two weeks. She is highly skilled at working on time, liaising with artisans and organizing people.
Together, they offer their property management services to clients in the Charente where they provide reliable, quality services to local absentee landlords.
