Barry and Rebecca made the move to France in early 2026, bringing with them a breadth of practical experience and professional expertise that sits naturally with property management.

Barry has spent more than thirty years working in construction, beginning his career in carpentry and engineering in Nottingham. After relocating to the Norfolk Broads, he expanded his skill set into boat building and marine engineering, gaining valuable insight into the tourist industry while working on a busy hire boat fleet. In more recent years, he has worked in civil engineering and landscaping. He takes a thoughtful, hands-on approach to his work and is known for his ability to resolve problems calmly and effectively.

Rebecca complements this with a strong business background and extensive experience in administration and finance. A qualified accountant, she spent several years as a Finance Director within the energy sector. Her organised, methodical approach ensures that clients benefit from clear communication, careful oversight and reliable support.

Together, Barry and Rebecca have renovated several properties and take genuine pride in seeing a project through from start to finish. They are both enthusiastic gardeners who enjoy growing their own vegetables and flowers — an interest that translates well into caring for clients’ homes and outdoor spaces.
