A friendly and outgoing couple, Ian and Hannah have varied relevant experience to assist their clients.

Ian began his career as a qualified plumber, later taking on various management roles within property services. This included management roles in a large Housing Association, overseeing the property management of around 7000 properties. This has all lead to gaining experience from carrying out maintenance work himself to the organisation of large scale contractor projects, giving him the ability to provide an excellent property management service to clients with a wide variety of needs. Hannah has extensive administration and customer service experience, with a qualification in Project Management.

As a couple, Ian and Hannah have owned two properties and have carried out extensive home improvements at both, including bathroom and kitchen renovations, decorating throughout, and re-designing their garden, including carrying out the works.

Ian and Hannah’s mission is to provide a friendly property management service to home owners who are looking for a reliable service. Whether it be minor maintenance, practical assistance, or administrative help, they are prepared to do anything reasonable asked of them.
