About Derek Tait
Derek worked in the telecommunications industry and then overseas, before moving into property management in Scotland. While doing this and raising his family, Derek also built two houses for them. This has given him a very practical set of skills, a positive outlook on life and made him a seasoned problem solver.
Derek brings strong, relevant skill set and hands-on experience his role as an LBV Property Manager. Derek is here to take care of your property – he truly cares about doing a good job and giving you satisfaction and a worry-free property management service.
