Derek worked in the telecoms industry and then offshore, before doing property management in Scotland. While doing this, and raising his family, Derek also built two homes for them. This has given him a very practical skill set, a positive ‘can-do’ outlook to life and made him into a well-practised problem solver.
Alison worked in finance and business planning, and then as a senior project manager doing UK fibre broadband roll-out. During this time, she managed teams across the U.K. and is accustomed to building relationships with people, even when working remotely. She is used to working to deadlines and delivering promised results. Alison is a keen gardener and is passionate about homes and interiors.
