Steve and Irene bring a wealth of skills and experience to their roles as LBV property managers. Steve has worked in many construction trades and has an NVQ in carpentry. For many years he ran his own successful construction business. Irene has had a career in accounting, sometimes changing roles to broaden her experience and skills. Her last roles were office manager and site accountant, positions that utilized her administrative and organizational skills.
In 2008, they sold their beautiful Victorian home in the UK and moved to the charming mill in central Mayenne from where they now run their property management business. Through the combination of their individual skills, they are able to undertake tasks in many areas related to real estate.
