About Peter and Julie Duggan
Peter and Julie bring a wealth of skills and experience to their role as LBV property managers. Peter has worked for the prison service for eighteen years and handles the pressure of difficult situations with calm and empathy. He is an expert in problem solving.
Julie has spent fifteen years in project management and has built a reputation for a disciplined and methodical work ethic with clients and co-workers (who have dubbed her “The Organizer”!).
Both understand the challenges and anxieties faced by absentee homeowners, who have owned their own homes in Brittany for many years. Peter is also a certified chimney sweep, covering the entire Côtes d’Armor department. As property managers, they are proactive in identifying problems and solutions at an early stage, which brings peace of mind to their clients.

Peter and Julie have been looking after our property for several years in our absence. They provide monthly checks, garden maintenance, monitoring internal and external condition, and regular feedback. They understand about properties and French ‘systems’. Unlike many people with a second home in France, we live a 7-hour flight followed by an 8-hour drive from our home in Brittany, which means we can’t get there as often as we’d like. It can be left empty for many months at a time and we could never have managed to own it without the help of LBV Property Management.
