Whilst many people are keen to get away on holiday, some will understandably be nervous about travelling and staying somewhere that isn’t ‘home’. In order to help reassure potential guests, let them know about all the additional protocols and precautions that our property managers are taking to keep them safe. These could be included on your website, as part of the information sent your guests before their holiday and on marketing material and adverts.
Guest Information
Holidaymakers have high expectations of the holiday home they have booked. With our experience and local knowledge, we can become part of your team to ensure that guests are happy and pleased with what they find. Across our network, we care for more than a thousand properties and we know what it takes for your property to stand out from the crowd!
As well as helping you with the basics (including, if necessary, advice on advertising the property and taking appropriate photographs for your publicity and creating a guest information pack) we can personally prepare the property for your guests.
Fully Managed Option
If you’d prefer to be hands-off, we also offer a Fully Managed Option which means that you can decide how much or how little involvement you would like to have and once the property listing has been finalised you can leave it to our property managers to respond to requests and inquiries from potential guests, answer all questions and supply all information, and accept bookings in a very timely manner, – remember they won’t wait around for long!
