We work closely with local reputable artisans whose skill-sets complement our own, such that we ensure that you, as our client, get value for money from them as well as from us. Clients are very often surprised by how quickly we can get a plumber who will come out in time of emergency… but it’s because we too are running a local French business and can use our contacts on your behalf.
Knowing the regulations
Planning home improvements, sourcing and communicating regularly with contractors is difficult at the best of times, but add the different building methods and regulations in France to the language and vocabulary problem and you have a whole new ballgame.
