Our trained property managers can open your pool for you, remove and store ballasted or tarp cover, test water, clean, fill pool, start up equipment and circulation system and test proper operation. Pool opening usually requires multiply visits to ensure that the chemical balance is right and ready for use.
Weekly Pool Maintenance
Keeping a swimming pool clean and healthy is a big challenge. That is our job, and we take it seriously. Our weekly maintenance service means that your pool will receive consistent weekly attention. Each week our trained property managers will thoroughly clean, brush, vacuum and net your pool and waterline. They will empty skimmer baskets, pump baskets robotic cleaner bags, backwash filters when necessary and test and adjust water chemistry which client purchased chemicals. Prior to leaving each week they will properly adjust run times and valve positions for optimal circulation depending on the environment and season.
Each weekly cleaning visit includes:
- Vacuum the pool
- Brush the walls & tiles
- Empty the skimmer baskets
- Clean or backwash the filter
- Empty the pump & filter basket
- Skim away any surface debris
- Test and adjust the chemicals
- Add water (as needed)
Trouble Shooting
Being familiar with your pool means that we can detect problems early e.g., leaks, or when pool alarms need replacing. When a problem occurs with your pool that is more than a minor maintenance fix, we will source and work with the certified service technicians or your pool installation company, whether it is a vinyl liner replacement, motor replacement, heater repair, or a complete overhaul if your pool is suffering from age or neglect, together we will have you and your guests back in the water quickly.
We can source equipment and chemicals on your behalf and can order special parts if needed.
Pool Closing
Winter pool closing steps must be done in a very specific order to ensure an easy pool opening the following spring. Our services include removal and storage of pool accessories, balance water chemistry, clean the pool, lower the water level, turn off system components, add winter closing chemicals, drain water from pump and filter and cover the pool.
