Derek & Alison TAIT – LBV Gironde East
We are delighted to announce the arrival of Derek and Alison Tait to the LBV network. Joe first met Derek and Alison at the Birmingham A Place in the Sun exhibition in 2019 and after careful consideration of where to base themselves, they settled on the Gironde, temporarily making their home in Duras whilst they take their time to find their ideal home.
Their entry into LBV was not a smooth one with setbacks including being stuck in a campsite for three months during Lockdown Mk1 but taking this in their stride they continued on and we are delighted to welcome them.
Derek has a background in the telecoms industry in the UK and then offshore, before doing property management in Scotland. In between this and raising his family, Derek also built two homes for the family. This has given him a very practical skill set, a positive “can-do” outlook to life and makes him a well-practiced problem solver.
Alison worked in finance and business planning before being a senior project manager for the UK’s fibre rollout managing several teams across the UK. She is accustomed to and adapt at, building relationships with people, even when working remotely and knows that this is a key to success. Alison is a keen gardener who is passionate about homes and interiors.
Together, they bring a strong and relevant skill set, plus much hands on experience, to their new roles as LBV property managers and we hope that you will join us in welcoming them to LBV.
